Everyday some CEO just got paid 300 Million for doing a tiny amount of work. Or no work at all. One guy got 500 Million for retiring. Think about that: He got 500 Million for the work he's not going to be doing. Last year, three hedge fund Managers took home over 1 Billion apiece. Thats Billion with a capital B... Your Thoughts...

And you people above actually believe that people in these positions actually earn this money? come on!! these guys should try to live on what average Joe does for one month and then see how they cope.
Its goes the same for politicians!

Some CEOs earn their money by adding value to the operations, some don't. For sure, boards of directors need to do their jobs concerning executive compensation.

a CEO who works hard deserves a good pay but a CEO who simply burn hhis chair and do nothing must be kicked out of the office.

CEO deserve reward for their intelligence and hard work for promoting institution. It is the trust of people which is rewarding.
