Does anybody know when this will be complete?

I don't know when it will be completed.
I DO KNOW this:
The larger any organization, corporation or government gets, the less manageable it becomes, and the fewer people benefit from it.
What will happen when someday there is ONE company (perhaps WalMart) that owns ALL the grocery stores, retail clothing shops, drug stores, and department stores in the country? They will set the price at whatever they damn well please, offer only those limited selections which are most profitable for their business, and pretty much dictate to the American consumer what (s)he will buy and where (s)he will shop. Once competition is all but eliminated, the price fixing, price gouging and the concept of consumer choice will be all but gone from our malls. -RKO- 5/13/07
