I can't seem to click on anything, like my start button and anything at the bottom of the screen. To get to different windows I have to use Alt + Tab.
Any idea on how to fix this?

If its working fine on the main screen then just try rebooting your computer. Press the off button to bring up the options menu (Stand By, Turn off, Restart) if you cant go to start, or just hold it in if that doesn't work.

1. Try rebooting your computer, the reason for this may be that your computer is low on virtual memory at the moment.
2. Try opening up Task Manager, click processes, then close out of a few.
3. Make sure your mouse is connected properly.
4. This may be cause because of a glitch in your mouse or computer so unplug your mouse and replug it.
5. If you are using a wireless mouse, make sure you have a good connection with the relay device.

Make sure that your mouse is connected. If it's a wireless mouse, try changing the batteries or making sure it's connected. If it dosen't work buy a new one.

hit the windows key next to alt. key. And try to refresh your computer. it will fix all your problems.

Your mouse isn't working. Make sure its connected. If it is then it probably has malfunctioned. Buy a new one. Suggestion...get an optical...they last longer.

if i understand the question
you have no task bar
the answer would be
move your mouse all corners of your screen
untill you see up and down arrows
then pull up down -etc
untill task bar is where you want it
