Buy white shoes or light pink shoes and dye them. You can do it yourself, or you can take them to a dance shoe store and ask them to do it for you. You can find fabric dye at a supermarket in the laundry section, or in crafts store, or on the website below. They also have instructions on how to dye satin shoes.

haha ballet pointe pumps?? do you mean like ballet pumps like shoes you just wear outside like these: http://www.topstylista.com/fashion/comments/repettos-pointe-ballet-pump/2006-11-03/
if not and you actually want pointe shoes then you may have to get them specially made as i do not personally know of any shops however try specialist shops or ask your ballet teacher i am sure s/he will know if there are any in your area!!
good luck :o)

Grishko are the only company I can think of.

They come in about ten different colours, and as far as I can work out they aren't that expensive.

Go see their site at http://www.grishko.ru/en

on the right hand side under "WHERE TO BUY" you can see lists of stockists (in the real world and online)

(you can buy online at http://www.dancechoice.com/card.asp?goods=474 but not if you're in the US)

good luck with that.
