my computer scroll thing is all weird?

like when i go to scroll down or up, it makes this wave deal. i have tried everything.... but obviously i am missing something. if you know if its just a setting can you tell me?? help me out people!

You might need to update your video card driver. Go to the website of your video card. If this does not work, it might be time for a new video card.

Try clicking on START...CONTROL PANEL....MOUSE..in that box click on WHEEL and that will give you some options on controlling your scroll...good luck
