yea hey i live in florida and a good friend of mine back home in california whose 17 is into pills and speed ive tried everything to help her and i have decided to report her so the state will force her to get help, please dont try to talk me out of it coz i need to do this i just dont know how i would go about doing this. i will choose a best answer.

You are a really good friend. Get in touch with a local NA office. They will let you know the best way to doing it. If you don't have one, call your local sheriff's office. They should have plenty of information for you. Good luck to you and your friend.

I suggest that you report the teen to the school that she attends. Also, report her to family services. If you do not know where to report it, I suggest you call the police in her city. They will be able to tell you where you can file a report.
