yo bro thats to broad a question ,Is the wall a bearing wall?Most of the cost would be to get rid of the wall after.It's nothing to taking a wall down it's the clean up that cost.If it's a load bearing wall then your talking bucks,as you have to reinforce the ceiling above some how first.If it isn't then go buy a sawsall and cut it out in section you can handle,be careful of wires and pipes if there are any.

Take bjec22's advice, check first. If every-things O.K. hire a handyman in the area you can trust. He may do it for less then a few hundred bucks.

A company may charge by the 100 pounds. It could cost you more then several hundred dollars. Why don't you take the wall down and move it outside, put it in a dumpster, usually about 200 for a small one. It's not going to be cheap.
