If ALL technology vanished then almost all of humanity would die. No fire, no metal, no wheel, not even flint axes.

If the technology of the 19th and 20th century disappeared then I probably wouldn't survive because I don't have a farm. It would be those who grow the food who would be the best off, and even then they would need to organise VAST amounts of labour - farming has only in the last 40 years lost the majority of the labourers it once needed. Many people would perish because simply not enough food could be grown, medicine or sanitation could be provided and shelter in the winter (as most houses don't have fireplaces any more)
