More than the physical part of destruction like breaking up valuable items the most dangerous outcome would be the impact your temper has on other people.Sometimes, you could just utter some really harsh words that could hurt pple a lot.

I am not destructive when my temper is high..I don't want to hurt anyone when i am angry..I just do any of the two things-beat a pillow OR count from 1 to 100 or as per anger..And for me any one of these always work..

i may want to smash something or hit someone with force but it wears down after a few minutes. It is not worth the mental and physical injury that you may suffer after the hit, especially if it is a human being. Best is possible breaking some inert object like some rock stars breaking a guitar in a concert.

It depends on you to make and break of yourself when your temper is high. Anger is called a temporary madness and is one of three shatrus (Enemies) as described by Lord Krishna in Shrimadbhgwatgeeta. The other two are Kama (desire) and Lobha(greed).

Not very. I shove plates around (not breaking them), and once threw spoons across the kitchen (none intended to hit someone). That's about the worst of it. Oh, and kicking empty boxes, that's a great stress reliever.

It depends on what I'm angry about. I believe I can destroy my life and others if I allow my temper to control my actions. I have turned my jeep on my son once.

To start with I am not all that big of a person 5'6" between 120-130 pounds. My fuse is extremely short, still in that short amount of time I once, chipped a girls collar bone, busted her left arm, cracked her ribs, and afflicted other numerous injuries such as bumps, bruises and lacerations. Duirng that time I weighed 113.

I have told my woman that if I catch her cheating, I might kill them both. I don't want to. But when my temper goes... I stop thinking. It RARELY happens.. it can be YEARS between outbreaks, but it is scary.
