My husband got me a picture frame that was engraved that said Happy first mothers day.......love, your baby....I cried when I saw it...

All of the above answers are awesome ideas and I completely agree. One thing I would love would be one of those pillows that wrap around you..they look so comfy! And you can use them to feed the baby later. Also, a shopping spree for maternity clothes is fun! They make such a difference, so comfy! The more the better!
With the massage idea - look for a pre-natal massage. They use a table with a hole for the belly!

A massage or trip to the spa, a gift certificate for the salon, or a manicure/perdicure. Clean the house , do the laundry. Being pregnant she will appreiciate any of these things. You are sweet for wanting to give her something!!

Last year I was pregnant on Mother's Day and my husband gave me a Mom-to-Be card. It was so sweet.
Definitely pamper her, a spa sounds nice, or a pedicure/manicure, just give her a chance to relax and you do things around the house, if you aren't already.

Well if you know what the sex of the baby is going to be you could go and get something for the baby. Or if your wife doesn't have one of those foot spa's I bet she would love you for that! Or just take her out to a buffet, I'm sure she has a craving for something! good luck

My husband and I both agree take her out to eat. A massage is always good prego or not. I am currently about 8 months pregnant and we don't have alot of money so my husband is going to give me a massage later. ( He doesn't know yet) LOL Mainly my neck, shoulders, back and feet. Have her tell you what feels good.

a back rub- massage- manicure- dinner alone with you and some ambionce the last hubby did for me last night as after teking the kids to his aunts so I had a whole empty quiet house to myself most of the day to do as I pleased... I took a 3 hour bath lol it was wonderful

The best one I got - a movie camera. Other ideas - digital camera, gift certificate to a spa or salon, gift certificate to her favorite store & go shopping with her. Also take her out to eat at her favorite resturant.

I would say get a locket for her. That way when the baby comes she can place a picture in it. I'm sure she'll treasure it. It's a little late to get anything engraved on it but it will still be special. In fact, anything would be special. It's the thought that counts.

go out and get her a pampering kit some nice bath stuff etc and go home run her a bath with bubbles of course then put some candles around the bathroom then when she gets out bring her a nice big slice of chocolate cake
