It's impossible. They're completely different species. Sometimes if two species are incredibly close with their DNA composition (such as a tiger and lion or a whale and dolphin) cross breeding is possible. But even then, only under close scientific watch (and artificial insemination). So unless you have some incredibly expensive one of a kind multi-million dollar lab experiment, it's probably just a dog.

My Dog is very Big and when Children see it they let out a shout O look at that Dog Mammy its as Big as a Horse. Maybe thats what they are refering to there Dog is as big as a Pony. You dont have to Literally believe everything thats said to you.

yes. u cannot have a dog that is half pony. To interbreed they need to be in the same species and ponies and dogs defenitely are not!
