where can i find a pokemon pal pad in pokemon diamond?

as in wat do i do to get it because i cant find it at all

After you get to Oreburgh City - go into the Pokemon Center and head down into the basement. A lady will give to you. In order to get a Friend Code - you must first connect to Wi-Fi afterwards then follow the instructions and disconnect then you will have your Friend Code. You will be able to find it by going into your Pal Pad which is or will be located in the Key Items section of your bag.


NOTE: If you're not in Oreburgh City then don't worry about it. You can go into any Pokemon Center in order to get the Pal Pad. Just make sure you go into the basement.
