He plays alone sometimes in his room, he builds forts for them and talks out the scenrio.

Of course, a child hood is something you never want to take away from someone. If thats what he enjoys doing let him be. I know 40 years old who collect them, so what? big deal..

It is perfectly normal. My son is almost 10 and loves to play with action figures. He'll even play Barbie or Little People with his little sister who will be 6 next month. I am in no rush for him to grow up. As long as he isn't acting like a baby, I'm happy.
Besides, adults play Dungeons and Dragons with the little figurines, talking and acting out scenarios. In fact, that sort of imagination can lead to exciting career opportunities!

That is totally normal. I have a 14yr. old, 11yr. old & an 8 yr. old. My 11 yr old still plays like that. It is great for their imagination to run like that! Let him have fun while he's still young and don't rush him to grow up. Go be a kid yourself for awhile and play with him, it will totally change your prospective on life if only for an hour or so and it feels good to be a kid again!!:)

Of course. i think kids grow up too fast. You're lucky. Usually ppl are worried coz their son/nephew/whatever got some girl pregnant. count your blessings!

as long as they are action figures and not barbie dolls i think hes fine. my brother is 12 and still plays with his wwe wrestling action figures.
