Spain is at the Peninsula Iberica.
Yor neighbors are the portuguese and the french.
Flamenco dance isd something cultural; Spanish were dominated throguh centuries by the "moros", Spain has a nice football industry and spectacle, but its performance at the World championship is never the expected; the world relates this coun try with bullfighting.
I like the way people talk, but usually at the movies I cant undertsand the fast language of campesinos.

Si! I'm an American. I know where Spain is and I could point to where the major cities are on a map.

I think there are some Americans who confuse Spanish people with the people of Mexico and Central America only because they speak the Spanish language. My mother-in-law did this recently when talking about Mexican immigrants in the US.

Our family is planning to visit Spain next summer, and we are looking forward to it.

Spain borders Portugal and France, and it's on the Iberian peninsula! I've always wanted to go there, but I have never gone around to. :(
