Where is the leader for hearthome city? The guy in the gym said you have to go somewhere first? So where is she and when does she get back?

I had the same problem u just have to go to Pastoria town then go up till u see the sign to marsh land and to the right there is galactic guy he will murmur something but then he will run away.chase him down then u will meet cinthia i think.then shell give u secret potion that u have to use on psyducks.If you want more information speak to me on msn or yahoo.My msn messenger [e-mail] my yahoo is written on my account.

That other person is right. You do need to talk to the Team Galactic person in Pastoria City near the Great Marsh Safari Zone building. Follow him until you battle him. You'll have to keep on talking to him after every single time he runs off - until you beat in a battle of course anyway afterwards he'll run up so follow and you'll run into Cynthia who like the other person said will give you a special kind of medicine. Here is what you have to do next.

Head to Route 210 which is directly to the North of Solaceon Town. Approach the Psyducks blocking the way then go that way until you get to Celestic Town. Go to the center of the town where there's a Galactic member blocking the entrance of a cave. Defeat him in a battle then go in and read the ancient writing within the cave. Afterwards Cynthia's Grandma will give you Surf then you can go back to Hearthome City in order to fight Fantina.

Note: Some of Route 210 has fog covering the area. If you don't want it in the area then you'll have to use Defog in order to get rid of it. The HM Defog can be found directly inside of the Great Marsh Safari Zone. Just go into it and talk to the person with the green hair. The person is directly by the entrance.
