I'm a skim latte person myself - I like my coffee really hot with a lot of milk but no sugar.
My boyfriend on the other hand is really weird - he likes COLD black burnt coffee (apparently that's what he drank at boarding school and he got used to it). If I get him a coffee, he'll actually let it sit around for 15 minutes until it's cold, and then drink it.

I like my coffee like I like my men. . .in a plastic cup.

Seriously, I like my coffee strong and hot with a little bit of cream and sugar. Every once in a while, I crave iced coffee, but it's rare.

Italian Capo. Lots of cream and sugar. On Sundays add some whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles for a treat.

Latte, espresso, americano, mocha..... these are all referring to what kind of beverage you want. Like cola, orange, lemonade, etc. Americano is shots of espresso with just water filled to the top of the cup. Latte, is shots of espresso mixed with your preference of milk and possible a flavor shot to make is a vanilla latte, carmel latte, etc Cappachino...... this one is different from what you see in the gas station coffee machines..... at Starbucks and all coffee places this is shots of espresso with a tad of milk and the rest of the cup filles with foam from the steamed milk. When you are handed your cup you may think its almost empty and that's because it is! People who enjoy this enjoy sipping the bitter espresso through the foam. Mocha is a branch of the latte but flavored with cholate mocha syrup. Really if you are in Starbucks, just ask the barista! They will help guide you to your perfect drink! I am a former barista, thats how I know this stuff :)
