About the new postage rate- What "TIME" does it go ineffect?

If I drop a letter in the mail box today- SUNDAY MAY 13th- do i use "old" .39 stamps or do I have to purchase .41 stamps???????

12:01 am on the 14th. Today being sunday, the last day to send was actually yesterday

It will be posted Monday 14th.
You need the new 41 cent stamp.
