How Can I make this light blink at a normal rate again?

One of the bulbs is burnt out. Turn on the flasher and check front and back to find

Replace the burned out bulb in the front of the car on the same side.

One of your bulbs for signaling on that side of the car is burned out--replace bulb.

Its not burned out yet but with fast flashing its ready to blow just replace the bulb

check all other lights as when one blows it causes a short circuit, So check and replace that will sort out your problem

You have either the wrong type of bulb in it or your actuall "flasher" on older cars is wrong. Your "flasher" box is located on the fuse box. When you put your blinker on you can hear it tick.

that means you have a blown light,it"s either front or back but one is blown
