I will be away for a week and would like to set up a "vacation response" or whatever it's called. I've looked around in options but I can't figure it out.

Its not available on HOTMAIL to the best of my knowledge today. You should try www.mail.com as they do have a FREE email account access and "AUTO REPLY" service for FREE it works great! You can also contact www.hotmail.com and contact Customer Support to ask them if they offer an Auto Reply Service for FREE or for a FEE? It maybe an upgraded level of service? If you have MS Outlook on your PC you maybe able to activate the auto reply service there? GOOD LUCK! :-)

the 1st question i might ask is why you opt to establish an computerized holiday reaction on Hotmail. the quantity of direct mail etc won on those bills is horrendous. Do you fairly need those human beings to nicely known you're leaving your place unoccupied for one million-2 weeks?
