I had a miscarriage about 3 1/2 weeks ago and took a pregnancy test last week that read positive? Is this to soon to be pregnant again? Do I have a higher risk of miscarrying?

My sister in law miscarried a baby a few years back and the doctor told her to wait between 6 months and a year before trying again. I don't know if there was a specific reason for her or if it is a standard that the doctors like to have. But she didn't listen to the doctor and got pregnant right away and wound up miscarrying again and then got mad at the doctor and said it was his fault. (People on my husbands side of the family are a little 'not all there')

You should definately talk to a doctor about any concerns you have and listen to his/her advice. Good luck! I hope everything turns out okay.

I miscarried on 11th Feb and it took 6 weeks before I had a negative pregnancy test.
I'm 6 weeks pregnant now though, I was told by my consultant after my negative test that I could start whenever I liked. 1 period later and bingo!
Go and see your doctor who will tell you either way.
Best of luck x

When was once your final cycle? I might say to move forward and get one, despite the fact that a few assessments do not inform as quickly as others. There may be a danger that it might come again bad even supposing you're. There are a few men and women that must have a blood experiment performed. How ever you pass approximately it, well good fortune. And simply to mean you can realize no longer all teens that get pregnant are naive.

You can get pregnant as soon as you ovulate, sometimes just 2 weeks after. It is probably wiser to wait at least one cycle as then you have an LMP to work from to estimate when you are due, not to mention the psychological aspect. However it won't harm you to become pregnant immediately. Good Luck and possible Congrats!

it is possible you are testing positive due to pregnancy hormones still in your system. If you are pregnant, you may be a high risk pregnancy, but it will likely be ok
