Here's an answer to your sleep question from a scientist: http://www.newton.dep.anl.gov/askasci/bio99/bio99047.htm
As far as miracles, I'd say they'll happen as much as you believe in them. Skeptics may think they never happen at all, and always try to find a "reasonable answer", or consider anything that happens to be a coincidence. So nothing "miraculous" will ever happen to them. These people might even say that if a person has something good happen, it's how they respond that influences what else may happen that's also a benefit. But if you believe something to be a miracle, how can you prove, beyond the shadow, of a doubt that it isn't?

Yea fish do sleep but in a way different. They sleep with eyes open as they dont have eyelids and they seem motionless. Sometimes though they move they look pale and as if almost dead. I guess this is how they sleep.
And of course miracles happen every second, every day.
Guess what: The greatest of it being that now ure able to read and understand this note.

Most all fish spend time in an energy-saving state that can be called "rest", and we might even call their behavior "sleep", though it is probably different than "sleep" in most land
animals.
Many fish, like Bass and perch, rest on or under logs at night time. Coral reef fish active in the day, hide and rest in crevices and cracks in the reef to avoid being eaten at night.
The resting behavior of fish is very different from their behavior the rest of the day. Many minnows, for example, which are very active in schools during the day, scatter and remain motionless in shallow water at night. Many fish "rest" or "sleep" during the day and are active at night instead, but almost all fish sleep.
There are some that never stop swimming, like many species of shark, however, they HAVE to keep moving to push water through their mouths in order to breathe, and they may still sleep while moving, we just don't know yet.
Is this not a "Miracle" happening every second !

Fish do "sleep"...
It's more of "resting" and regaining energy.
Ps. I suppose miracles could happen anytime. Sometimes often, sometimes never.

Fish do sleep, but don't close their eyes. They don't have any eyelids. They float there, often looking like they're dead.
