Let's Twist Again was Chubby Checker. It has the same words you have in your question. The Twist was also by Chubby Checker. It begins: Come on baby let's do the twist.
It was in the early 60's, and was definitely a different song.

The song "The Twist" was recorded originally by Hank Ballard in 1959 as the B-side of "Tear Drops on Your Letter". Chubby Checker did his cover of it in 1960 and it became a hit.

yea, its 2 different songs, but are both by Chubby Checker.I am a huge Elvis fan, and never heard him do that song.
