2 things are perfectly clear right now. First, is that the Sens can make it to the finals and all things point to that happening. Not much of a question, since they just took 2 on the road.
Second perfectly clear tidbit is that you should go back to the wrestling category. Thanks for the 2 points. You can come back here to read some answers, maybe learn something. What do you think about that?
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU THINK!!!

Yes, Ottawa is looking good for the Stanley cup finals but on a interesting note the series is not over yet. Remember Sen's fans back in 2003 when the New Jersey Devil's took 3 straight after dropping the first two. Granted the series went all 7 games but in the end , the Senators went home. As for this series I believe in the regular season it was Buffalo that had a 5- 4 advantage in games won -lost. Sabre's won 3 lost 2 on the road , and split 2-2 at home. At this point the only question is Buffalo going to pick up their power play opportunities limit the special teams of Ottawa and definitely start playing with a need of desperation. It's not a question of can they when on the road but will they and to do that they need to fix some very important things and start playing the style of offensive hockey that got them the President"s Cup. This is not to take away from the Senators defense but actually a praise to them for playing a great series so far in the way they have been keeping Buffalo off their game.

Yes. There was a graphic last night during the telecast that stated that 87 percent of the teams with a 2-0 lead in a series in the history of the Stanley Cup playoffs, have gone on to win the series. There is that statistic plus they are outplaying Buffalo and have three of the next four games at home.

pityblue... it is hard to take your comment seriously when you start out with wrong info.
The Sens won game one (at home) in 2003 then lost the next three (thanks to Lalime). They then won the next two to force game 7.
The Sens had a winning record against Buffalo in the regular season.
The funny thing is pitybue is right about this playoff series. If Buffalo can't make something happen on the powerplay and stop their turnovers this series will be over fast!
Ottawa has shown over and over again in these playoffs that they aren't the choking chokers of the past. This series should end in four.

Indeed, Ottawa is almost a shoe in, they are NOT going to lose 2 at home so they will be advancing in 6 games at the very most.
Sabres fans are now grasping at straws and praying tht their team can come back....This is not the regular season where you can get by on Regulation ties and shootout wins...

Ya! Absolutely! They've been playing soooooooo well! The Sens just might win the cup this year! And no doubt they're going to win against the Sabres (sorry Buffalo fans out there, but it's the truth).

No, the Sabres will come back. Sens got lucky last night. Emry is terrible. The Sens will choke as usual.

i think ottawa can definatly pull it off. buffalo is the second best home team in the league and it is very intimadating with their crowd, so they go home, work just as hard, but have the fans behind them and it should be a 4-5 game series..
GO SENS GO

They probably will make it to the Finals unless they choke like they did at the start of the season.
