if you shop online like amazon do the credi card company (like visa) know or have a record of your purchase with all the detail address ??? and if a fraud happens can someone ask amazon for information on the purchase and find the fraud ?

if you get a charge thats not yours, its your job to go to the bank and let them know, this is not mine....then they should deal with it. both parties should have records.......check your acct. info. w/ amazon...see if your info has been changed....where was it shipped? etc.

The credit card companies get records on who you are paying with the credit card, but if your payment is going to amazon.com, that's the recipient they have, not the ultimate recipient that amazon paid the money to if you buy something from another vendor through amazon.
