Like a Hills Hoist, or even a strung line, or is it straight into the clothes dryer. What about if you are in an a big city like NY ?

strange question, cannot answer this one, cause Im in Canada. We sling all out wet clothes onto an Igloo and let them freeze

I mostly use the dryer. The only things that I ever put on the clothesline are comforters that have polyester in them because they will burn in the dryer.

They are not used as often as they used to be. The invention of the dryer changed that. Some fabrics can't be dried in a dryer, myself, I air dry those.

Nope don't use one, put my clothes in the dryer for a few minutes and than hang to finish drying.

Yeah my family still uses a clothesline. It save a lot of money!

We used the clothesline all the time when I was growing up....but I pretty much stick to the dyer now.
