During a clean up of my computor a person I really don't know but trusted has copied my files onto their computor despite several refusals from me to not do it. They attempted to distract me while they copied my files. I am worried that they may be up to no good. Their behaviour has made me very uncomfortable and I worry that they can spy on me or see my emails and banking information. What, if anything can I do about it.

It depends what files they copied off and if you saved things like passwords and credit card details on your PC. If you saved that information on your PC, then he easily could. If you don't, you should be safe.

Call the bank.

Next time don't let "?strangers you trust?" onto your computer.
