I have put out two packages of poison peanuts to kill moles, but the sucker hasn't died yet. I live in southcentral OHIO.

It could also be squirrels. The damned little tree rats dig holes in my pansy pots and completely destroyed my bulbs. My solution is two active Boxers to scare the gray menace up into the trees where it belongs!

Could be squirrels but my daughters fat cat was caught in the act of using my shade garden for a litter box and destroyed a LOT of plants in his enthusiasm. I tried everything..and I mean everything..and finally dug up soil, planted a juniper and put down rocks. He still digs beside the rocks but hasn't much room to dig. So...check out the cat!

Leslie---I have a friend named Lessie. Moles tunnell and you would see the trail of tunnels. Moles don't eat plantss---BUGS. The local kitty cat likes your flowers and enjoys poop in them. . Deer don't dig up plants--they eat them. Your puppy has found a spot to dig and a hole to lay in--he is very happy being their.
