is it good? i want to buy a anti spyware and anti virus.. can i trust XoftspySE and NOD32?
please suggest me the best anti virus and antispyware product. thank you..(not FREE)

I would get rid of Xoftspy SE and I paid for the program and it finds spyware, but does not remove the spyware. So I removed the program.
There is a free antispyware program that you can download their free version of Superanitspyware and the program is well known to find spyware missed by all others. http://www.superantispyware.com (You will get auto. updates).
As for NOD32, They are not rated #1 in the world. And I use a program that you pay a one time fee for life of $29.99 and receive all updates and new versions for life.

By culture the Chinese are very secret just about everything and that includes their software.
This antivirus program out of Beijing, China that is also used by the Government of China.
This antivirus program does not have the Govt. permission to be rated with all other known antivirus programs.
What I can assure you is that you pay only a one time fee for life that will include all auto updates, and all new versions for life. The Chinese don't believe in having to pay an annual fee for updates or new versions.
I can tell you their technology is light years ahead of any other known antivirus software out there.
If you open a webpage and there is a hidden virus it will clean in realtime. Anything that you download and has even a trace code, it will kill the download and ask you to upload the trace code for investigation. In real time the upload will tell you if it is clean or not.
Will not allow you download, Real Player, because there is a hidden file that is a trojan keylogger. The file was uploaded and traced back to the United States Army, Intelligence Services out of London, England. (Removal of the file Real Player will reject the installation).
Read for yourself at their webpage. I have never had one virus in ten plus years. Plus it will catch any progam with it's dynamic defense system, for software that you download and it does not have a publisher or lic., included.

NOD32 is the best antivirus. Spyware Terminator is the best antispyware (free, just get it anyway).
Just because it's free doesn't make it bad.

Xoftsoft has a very shady past, but it is said that it has cleaned up it's act. I would avoid it. There are better anti-spy products, even some free ones that you don't like.
"XoftSpy was listed on this page because of concerns with false positives (1, 2, 3, 4), questionable license terms, and the use of aggressive, deceptive advertising (1, 2), including exploitation of the name "spybot" by affiliates. Earlier versions of XoftSpy were also Ad-aware knockoffs. (There was clone of XoftSpy named SpyBurn, but that application is no longer available.)
Over the past few months, XoftSpy has taken aggressive steps to reign in its affiliates (who were primarily responsible for the unsavory advertising), revised its license text, and released a new version of XoftSpy (version 4.0) that addresses our concerns with false positves. Given these changes we can no longer regard XoftSpy as "rogue/suspect" anti-spyware."

NOD32 is known for it's excellent heuristics, good detection rate of "in the wild" malware and fast scan times. A very decent product.

you should definitely get NOD32.
As for an anti-spyware you should go for spyware terminator. its free and if you must buy then you should get spyware doctor or webroot spy sweeper.
But spyware terminator is just as good and its free.
