Usually soap and water, how ever it may take several washing over a couple of days.

don't laff at this

but work at meat packing house and it even removes the blue ink

baby wipes - cheaper the better

Try nail polish remover.

You will just have to wait till it fades away. There really isn't anything that will take it off.
