change your routine.. i too get up early and do the same things everyday.. i don`t get bored cause i choose to change my outlook on my life on a daily basis.. i talk to different people everyday.. i always have a story to tell when i get home.. bored is what you make of yourself.. change your routine and go out to dinner.. go for a walk after dinner.. go do something.. take a vacation.. change is almost always a good thing..

That sounds like my schedule too. The only thing is....I'm ok with it, I'm happy. Are you sure you aren't unhappy with another area of your life and you're just blaming it on the routine? Think of it......anyone can pretty much be happy with any situation such as your if they are mentally healthy. Go see a doctor. You may be a little depressed. It's ok! It is pretty normal in this working, crazy, routined world that we live in. What you need to do it something.....even if it's just a little something......every evening, or at least three days a week. Subscribe to a magazine that YOU LOVE to look at. When you get it go home, make a pot of coffee or another fond drink and take 30 minutes to look at the book before bed. Another evening, schedule a manicure at one of those local nail places close to home.....another evening, rent a good movie for you and your hubby before bed (one that you love and have already seen before or a new one). Cook a favorite recipe.....call an old friend, do yoga, ---make a list of these little things...even if it is just for 5 minutes, if you enjoy it, you will break the dull routine that you are in. THAT is what I do and it is the only way I stay sane. THANKS for reading and I hope you try this. It works! Good Luck,,,K

Well first off it sounds like you are hitting some form of burn-out and need to consider taking a holiday before you crash.
It also appears that you may need consider a new career since the one you are in gives you no satisfaction anymore. I think you need to change your routine because you have gotten so used to it your responding to it like a machine. I think you have to look out for your best interests and right now that is not happening.
God Bless and Best Wishes.

Wht you describe sounds more like depression than bordem. I would try to mix up my schedule and find some things I like to do to add to the routine. If this doesn't help, perhaps a visit to the doctor would be useful.

Schedule a vacation with yor Husband. Maybe twice a year, then you both will have something to look forward to, and it will take you away from the hum drum of your everyday life.

See a doctor, it sounds like you could be bi-polar or depressed. There is medication to help you control it. Good luck and have a great day!
