I heard them say “more transparency than any bill ever” but they don’t have the procedure in place, guess that says it all. Please let’s not believe that a web site for people to report problems is equivalent to being transparent. If no one can even figure out where all the money is going before the bill is passed how can anyone check up on it in a year or 2? Based on their actions to date team Obama plans to: -Get spending bills signed to fast for serious deliberation, then worry about waste only if someone catches it later. -Then after the wasteful spending has occurred defend their spending by discrediting the whistle blower.
