This comes up when I shut down my computer in a box and I hit end now, can anyone explain what is happening ???

Looks like a contraction of Direct Debit Notification...or something. My guess is this is malware which you've unwittingly downloaded, and I'd get someone to come and clean up your hard disk

I think its a problem with Outlook Express wanting to compress its folders. You need to reinstall Outlook and that should fix it for you.
