Msi PM8M-V?

i have an MSI PM8M-V mother board, and i know there is an option i need to change to be able to install a windows op system. if you have this mother board and encountered this problem, and know how to fix it please help.

First try to load safe-defaults in BIOS, save and exit. Load the OS.
