Beat some eggs in bowl
Add your favorite spice or leaves
Put some oil in a pan, and allow it to heat
pour the egg and allow to fry for a while
While it is frying (the bottom part is solid and the surface is still uncooked), fold the egg.
Now, turn it and allow the egg to cook well,
You will notice that the inner part of the fried egg is spongy and soft and it is very delicious...
try a good sauce along

Like mine with partially developed chick embryo.
I always wondered if any eggs get little chick inside and people eat it without realizing it developed into tiny, barely visible chick.
