Only five books? I've read 148 books last year and I'm ending book 53 today, I own about 600 books - and I shall chose only five of them? They were all the best books I've ever read, maybe except for three or four of them. Okay, I'll try...

1) "Mischievous Meg " by Astrid Lindgren (the German title is "Madita"). My favourite children book ever.

2) "Angela's Ashes" by Frank McCourt. I've never read again a book where laughing and crying were so connected.

3) "Misery" by Stephen King. I love the book because it's so psychological cruel instead of just an ordinary cruel. I'm really still afraid of that idea happng to Paul Sheldon....

4) "Fairy Tales" by Oscar Wilde. I grew up with his tales and I'm still loving them.

5) I can't say. There are too much for chosing only one. Books like "Halloween" by Stewart O'Nan, "Hotel New Hampshire" and "The world according to Garp" by John Irving, "Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe" by Fanny Flagg, "Mr God this is Anna" by Fynn, "Inkheart" and "Inkspell" by Cornelia Funke, "The Hobbit" by Tolkien and "The Chronicles of Narnia" by C.S.Lewis. And so many others - I really can't chose only one of them...
