what is a Landlock (Real Estate)?

I want to bid on property, but on the Ebay description it says the property is landlocked

It is totally surrounded by property that is owned by others.

Unless they offer a legitimate easement onto the property (or you own a helicopter) do not even bother bidding since you will not be able to do a thing with it because you would have no way to get to it.

landlocked is real property having no access to a public road or way.
