visit their website, they should have a link to their myspace, if not, see how many friends they have, look at pictures that nobody else could possibly have on the profile, read the about me section and see if the information is correct, usually the real deal will have thousands of friends, and i am sure that pink floyd will have

Pink Floyd doesn't have an official myspace if you were wondering. No member of the band do anything under the name of Pink Floyd anymore
Generally, if all the members of the band are dead, it's safe to assume that the myspace isn't official. Also, you can look at how many fans they have. If they have very few, chances are that it's not genuine.
