In mismanagement there is no :man(liness)i.e.discipline,no management,no judgement,but only adjustment to something! Deep in our mind there is one cold store room,where we store all our repeated errors/mistakes. That heap causes to mismanagement.If one developes habit of not- repeating the error/mistakes once committed, the management start flourishing in life.Life becoms utterly managed.But too managed means,streaching a sting of an nstrument to broke. There should be balance between m/nt & mism/nt. Manage or u wil miss everything is the lesson of these two words.

Management is is performing activities in a orderly manner to achieve best possible results in a given circumstances. Mismanagement is performing activities in a disorderly manner without proper thinking resulting into poor results.
