It is extremely difficult. The editions keep changing fast and you cannot cope with it. However, judge by your intelligence as best as you can.

Usually by proper listening to what he/she says and by observing their gestures and eyes we can get a rough idea.Getting the person to talk a lot will probably give you a clearer idea of the person's mentality

Experience goes a long way when trying to size someone up. Listen to what they say, how they say it, and most importantly, why they say it. Also important is their body language, but to a lesser extent.

Every human being can read the other provided we increase the level of our mental faculties far ahead of the other. Taking control of senses and the mind... one can take complete stock of what goes on in the mind of the other.

In simpler words... as we proceed ahead in the journey of life we come across situations when we desire reading the mind of the other. This is possible if the frequency on which our mind operates is higher than the frequency of the other. By persistently gaining control of the senses and invoking positive thoughts all the time... one can gain absolute control over the mind power.

The mind of every human being operates on a certain frequency... higher the frequency the better! It is only through the power of Shruti one can establish absolute control over mind power. If I desire invoking thoughts on which Nostradamus operated... I simply need to elevate myself to the frequency of Nostradamus. Immediately everything that was perceived by Nostradamus would become available to me as if an open book.

If I need to invoke the Wisdom of the Bible, I need elevate myself to the frequency of Jesus Christ. If I need to understand the gist of Quran, I need to elevate self on frequency on which operated prophet Mohammed. In the world of human beings... invoking thoughts of every nature is possible. All positive thoughts flow from the reservoir of mind plus and negative from the reservoir of mind minus!

Invoking positive thoughts makes us dwell in thoughts of serene nature... with passage of time we develop a godly attitude. Invoking negative thoughts leads us towards bestial thinking. We plunge into the world of Satan. It is thoughts of positive nature that ultimately elevate us to master the power of the mind. This mind power when exercised effectively can make us read thoughts invoked by other human beings. More on Mind power - http://www.godrealized.org/mind_a_universal_phenomenon.html
