"Almost Home", since we would stop at Shannon for refueling on our way to/from Iraq. After being on a cramped plane for 10 to 12 hours, it was a true joy to be able to walk around the terminal building there and buy souveneirs.
I also associate it with cheese, since there were a couple of kids from the theatre I worked with who kept in touch with me when I was over here, so, since they were Irish, I'd buy all kinds of cheeses from Ireland for them from one of the food websites and have the cheese shipped to them. They liked it alot.
So "almost home" and cheese are my answers.

Home, Mother, Family, beautiful countryside when I was growing up and soda bread ( as well as other home baking). Sadness that I haven't been in a long time and finally great Guinness you can't get good stuff here............Enough.?
