I need to get a case fan but I have no open plugs for one. Can I use a power plug for it? If so how? and which wires to use?

Can I just get a molex plug and "wire" it up?I can figure out the yellow and red wire but which black wire?

Just get the fan w/ 4pin molex connector instead of those w/ small 3pin connector. Fans from SilenX usually have the 3 pin connector but they come with an adapter for connecting w/ 4pin molex.

There's little adapters you can get that plug into drive power molex connectors, that have a fan power connector wired into them.

try connetcing the fan in the wire that connected in the power supply.
