I have heard from my Indian friends that he is a great player - I don't know terribly much about him, though - although I have noticed he often seems to make a lot of runs for India.

Rahul Dravid is a very good batsman with solid technique and sound defence. He is a very well dependable batsman. He is a very calm and cool and very soft spoken person.
As a Captain, he has done reasonably well till now.
