It looks like you only have integrated graphics there. Enjoy the game more by installing a discrete graphics card. Most budget cards could be handled by your power supply. The better and faster cards would most likely require a higher rated power supply.

Sims 2 works differently with different graphic cards.. I've been playing with a not recommended one for years. Now I've changed it by one of those recommended and it's a completely different game! I found that the system just adapted to what I had by hiding most of the graphic details of the game. Now I see it in a completely different way.

Pretty much any game will run on pretty much any graphics card. Sims 2 especially as it does not use the latest technology and is not overly graphics intensive.
