On TV documentaries, they are referred to as "baby rhino" or "rhino baby". Most of the specialized baby words, like cub, colt, chick, like most of the gender words like stag, doe, mare, stallion, and grouping words like pride of lions, flock and herd were created during medieval times and earlier when there were a great many specialized words because people handled or confronted animals constantly. Today we have lots of names for kinds of cars & trucks. But those animals which were not handled commonly did not acquire such names unless someone sat down to do a pseudoscholarly list or by attachment from a similar domestic animal - a female hippo is a sow like a pig.
