e^-cx where c is some positive constant. (equivalently, ke^-x whre k is some constant.)

the clues are:
lim(x -> infinity)f(x) = 0
d/dx f(0) = 0 (the graph is flat at x= 0).
f(x) is monotone decreasing for all x >= 0
f(x) >0 for all x >= 0.
