tried diferrent kinds of windex and nothing, hot water, pressure waterand even scraping with my nails.
had it for a long time and I WOULD JUST CLEAN THE DUST AND FORGET THE HARD WATER SPOT BUT NOW MY SON'S 6 B-DAY IS COMMING AND i CANT GET THEM OF, DOES ANY BODY HAVE ANY TECHNICS OR PRODUCT...PLEASE HELP THANK YOU...

clean the dirt off the windows then apply white vinegar liberally to water spots and let sit for few minutes then scrub of spots this should work if not try a bathroom cleaner specifically for showers.

I'm guessing that you have a stucco house because what you described is actually not hard water at all. It comes from within the stucco and does not come off with any normal kind of cleansers. I have cleaned many a windows with similar stains. LIMEAWAY, in a squirt bottle with a razor scraper. Squirt limeaway on stains let soak in for just a minute or so then use your scraper. This will leave a film after the stain is gone but the film will come off with a good glass cleaner. Not fun I know but it does work!

That's weird that Windex doesn't get it out, after all, the water spots are probably chalk like calcium. Glass is actually liquid and what you might be seeing is flaws in the glass where the water deposits ate into the glass. It doesn't take much of a flaw in glass to see it.

step 1go to wall mart
step 2 buy either Sno Bowl (Toilet bowl cleaner),
or C.L.R (caslcium lime and rust remover.)
Step 3 apply to windows
Step 4 wipe with old rag.
the spot WILL come off
