I understand that you need 4-5 years of work experience to apply to get an MBA. I was wondering if you do part time work for a business for the 4 years of undergrad, would that go under 4 years of work experience, or does part time work not count at all?

For schools which require a certain number of years of work experience for an MBA (not all schools, but most prefer that you have it even if it isn't required), they only look at post-undergraduate work. They basically want you to have progressed to a level of responsibility you would most likely have only four or five years after graduating. They know that most people ALSO work, either part- or full-time, during college, but the kinds of jobs you can get at that point are usually not very managerial.

You mean experience for ur online business or whatever business? Maybe can. You have to check with the university representative. Part-time or full-time are all work experience.

Since every business school has its own recruitment policy, I think it's impossible to have a simple answer to that question. You really have to ask that particular school. Some schools require GMAT, others don't, some require more working experience, others less. It all depends.
