If you're not happy with your present job why stay there to make others happy. I think they will understand if you explain the reasons of your decision; after all, didn't they help you thinking it was going to be best for you?

The second issue, nothing works better than the truth. In any situation. You two simply tell you friend with the problem that his conduct is not acceptable and he's going to have to go if in a time limit he doesn't change completely. I think is always good to give people another chance but setting specific datelines.
Good luck,

First off I agree with COCO. Secondly I would just tell your friend that this living arrangement with him is not working out that he is irresponsible and his drinking all the time is just getting on your nerves and the other Roomate as well both of you should confront him. I think in any job you must be happy in what your doing or what is the point. I think if you are stressed out all the time and dread going to work you should consider returning to your previous profession.

Really you do not have to kick him out persay just tell him
that you guys cant handle his slack *** behavior in the house anymore and he needs to find another place to live.

God Bless and Best Wishes.

I know how you feel. I work for a major natural gas co and feel the pressure eveery minute at work. All companies today give you more work to do and no help do to down sizing. You know that already. Do more with less. It seems no matter where you go, sooner or later the rats will catch up to you in this big ole rat race. I think you would be better off where you are now. Give it a little more time. Hopfully it might get maybe a little better. Good Luck.

If your last job made you happy then go back, who cares what other people think, you only live once so live happy. As for the roomy I would give him a chance to straighten up if he didn't take that chance tell him to leave. If he wants to act like a kid treat him like one. Remember you come first, don't let all this stress get you down. Good luck.

Life is too short to work where you dread going in. If you like where you work it's a big part of making life worthwhile. Go back to where you are happy... if someone gets mad they were not a friend in the first place. Your health will stay better longer if your happy ...so go on be happy....GOOD LUCK
