anyone help me that wt r things which i eat to gain mass 3000 kj

I think that 3000 Calories is around 12000kj ...so 3000kj is only 750 Calories. A hamburger is about 750 Calories... but you can't live on that stuff.

You won't gain much mass eating 750 Calories.... (1 pound of fat equals 3500 Calories).

Reading your previous questions, I think you want to eat 3000 Calories per day to gain mass. Eat fresh fruit, nuts, vegetables, chicken, turkey, lamb, beef, milk and cheese.... these things three meals plus three snacks per day supplement your weights workout.

eat everything available
but generally fruit and vegetables cotains less energy,
so you can eat more concentrated sugars, fat things,proteins
or in another way chocolates,milk products, meat ,sweets
enjoy it
