I went off the pill at the end of Feb 07 and had unprotected sex, so I don't know when my last (real no pill) period was. I have done a home pregnancy test and it shows positive. Is someable able to let me know how far I might be into my pregnancy.

Well if this is your first month with no period you could be about 6 to 8 weeks pregnant but that's just a guess when you go to your OB appointment your doctor can tell you for sure how far along you are.Good Luck, and Congratulations!

There is no way to tell unless you go to the doctor. I would go to the drug store and buy some over the counter prenatal vitamins and start taking them. Make an appointment with your doctor and tell them your pregnant. When you have a sonogram they will tell you exactly how far along you are. It is possible that you are already about 2 or 3 months pregnant. What they usually calculate it as is from your last menstal period untill you have an ultrasound and get a more acurate result.

Go to the doctor, they can give you a good estimate. The longer you are pregnant the better that estimate gets.
